This program is valid only for registered Taj Advantage Plus (TAP)/ Taj Alliance Preferred Partner Membership (TAPPMe) members in respect of confirmed conferences/events/stays booked between 15th June, 2024 – 31st August, 2024 for conferences/events/stays during the period from 15th June, 2024 till 30th September 2024 (“Offer Period”) at participating hotels. Events/conferences booked before 15th June 2024 will not be eligible for the program.

Members must send a conference or event booking request quoting his/her membership number to meetings@ihcltata.com or call +91 22666 51316.

Members are entitled to TAP/TAPPMe points post receipt of full and final payment for the eligible events/conferences/stays. The TAP/TAPPMe points will be applicable on room revenue only, excluding taxes, commissions and meal components.

An eligible member should earn a minimum of 100 TAP/TAPPMe points during the Offer Period to avail Taj Experiences Gift Card worth ₹1000. For calculation of points, the room revenue generated by the event will be rounded to the nearest thousand upto a maximum room revenue of ₹ 1 Cr. and above. Hence, the maximum value of TEGC issued will be ₹ 1,00,000.

The TAP/TAPPMe points earned during the Offer Period will be redeemable against TEGC only. No balance points can be carried forward beyond the Offer Period neither can they be encashed.

In addition to the above, eligible members will also be rewarded with Taj Experiences Dining Vouchers as per the slabs mentioned below:

TEGC and TEDV are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance and cannot, under any circumstance, be redeemed for cash. No amendments/cancellations will be permitted once the redemption is processed. TAP/TAPPMe is not responsible for issuing any duplicate vouchers in lieu of a lost voucher (s).

One eligible member who generates the highest eligible revenue during the Offer Period will get a two-night stay inclusive of accommodation (one base category room), all meals and soft beverages at one of our hotels opened in 2024 for up to 02 persons. Blackout dates apply.

IHCL reserves the right to define the eligibility criteria for selection of members to participate in the offer which will be run from time to time. No disputes on the criteria will be entertained.

This offer and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising therefrom.

The Indian Hotels Company Limited reserves the right to alter, vary, suspend, amend, or cancel the offer at any time during the continuance of the scheme. In case of any disputes, the decision of IHCL will be final and binding. Any further dispute related to the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.

Fraud or abuse concerning the TAP/TAPPMe program benefits, gift cards and voucher usage is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including the forfeiture of accumulated points and the termination of membership.

This program operates under the terms and conditions as mentioned in the TAP & TAPPMe membership program.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, promotional rate, or negotiated rate.

The vouchers are offered at the sole discretion of IHCL and the terms and conditions can be altered at the sole discretion of IHCL.
