Kris Flyer miles can only be earned on bookings made online via www.tajhotels.com , www.seleqtionshotels.com , www.vivantahotels.com or via Reservations (24x7) on 1 800 111 825 or directly at the hotels.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Only a Kris Flyer member with a valid Kris Flyer membership is eligible for earning Kris Flyer miles.
- Kris Flyer member must quote their Kris Flyer membership during check-in at the hotel and ask for it to be applied to the booking for earning of Kris Flyer miles
- This partnership offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer(s).
- Kris Flyer members who are also Taj InnerCircle members, can choose to earn either Taj InnerCircle points or Kris Flyer miles, but not both. Unless specified, Taj InnerCircle points will be the default point earning option.
- Kris Flyer miles can be earned only on eligible spends or charges. Eligible spends or Eligible charges are charges incurred on eligible room rates. These do not include charges on (1) Room rates for group bookings, conferences, weddings, and events (2) Room rates for airline staff and crew (3) Friends & Family rate or Employee rates (4) Room rates for rooms booked as office space (5) Complimentary rooms (6) Charges which are settled using Taj Experiences Gift Cards or Taj InnerCircle points
- Kris Flyer miles cannot be earned on bookings made via Online Travel Agents, third party travel websites, and bookings made via tour operators and travel agents on their contracted rates.
- Kris Flyer miles can only be earned at participating hotels. The following hotel(s) are not part of the list of participating hotel(s):
- Taj Wellington Mews, Mumbai
- Kris Flyer miles will be posted to the Kris Flyer membership (provided at the time of check-in) within 30 days after completion of the hotel stay. In the event a booking is cancelled, Kris Flyer miles will not be awarded.
- If the Kris Flyer membership is not mentioned or an invalid membership is entered at the time of booking, member cannot claim Kris Flyer miles for her/his stay.
