- A valid Neupass Membership Number is mandatory and must be provided when making the reservation.
- Details of the Neupass Membership are verified at check-in, and the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation or amend the stay rate if the details do not match or are invalid.
- This offer is valid only at participating Hotels within India / globally.
- This offer is valid subject to room and rate availability at the participating property.
- The offer will not be applicable on blackout dates, as defined by every participating hotel.
- Extra adults and children will be charged per the hotel’s standard policy, applicable rates, and taxes.
