Celebrating The Joy offer is valid from 27th August 2024 to 30th September 2024 for stays till 10th January 2025.

Reservations must be booked on the Celebrating The Joy offer to avail of the benefits.

A valid Neupass Membership Number is mandatory and must be provided when making the reservation.

Details of the Neupass Membership are verified at check-in, and the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation or amend the stay rate if the details do not match or are invalid.

The offer is applicable across participating hotels within India / globally.

This offer is valid subject to room and rate availability at the participating property.

Food & Soft Beverage, Spa, and Salon discounts are not applicable at Ginger Hotels and ama Stays & Trails properties.

Food and Soft Beverage savings will not be applicable on black-out dates as defined by the hotel and for celebratory meals- Special Diwali Brunch, Christmas Brunch, Special festive celebration meals.

Food and Soft Beverage Savings will not be applicable to In-Room Dining orders.

This promotional rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or negotiated rate including third-party / AMEX vouchers.

Extra adults and children will be charged per the hotel’s standard policy, applicable rates, and taxes.

Taxes, applicable as per local regulations and government mandates, are extra and payable.

Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group booking; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special rates. In such a case, group stay terms and conditions per hotel policy shall be applicable.

Neupass Loyalty Program members can earn NeuCoins only their eligible spends only on bookings made via the brand website, Tata Neu app, IHCL central reservation office or hotel reservation office.

Bookings made via any other mediums will not be eligible to earn NeuCoins.

All the Terms and Conditions of the NeuPass Loyalty program, as available on https://www.tajhotels.com/en-in/neupass will apply.

In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.

Reservation may be modified as per the predefined policy only. In case of modification, rooms and rates are subject to change based on availability.
