TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NeuCoins Reward League Offer is valid from 20th May 2024 to 26th May 2024 for stays till 30th September 2024.
Reservations must be booked on the NeuCoins Reward League offer to avail of the benefits.
A valid Neupass Membership Number is mandatory and must be provided when making the reservation.
Details of the Neupass Membership are verified at check-in, and the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation or amend the stay rate if the details do not match or are invalid.
This offer is valid only at participating Hotels within India / globally.
The offer is inclusive of accommodation and buffet breakfast.
This offer is valid subject to room and rate availability at the participating property.
The offer will not be applicable on blackout dates, as defined by every participating hotel.
Extra adults and children will be charged per the hotel’s standard policy, applicable rates, and taxes.
Taxes, applicable as per local regulations and government mandates, are extra and payable.
Reservations exceeding 5 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered group booking; the hotels reserve the right to refuse such bookings or apply special rates. In such a case, group stay terms and conditions per hotel policy shall be applicable.
Neupass Loyalty Program members can earn NeuCoins only their eligible spends only on bookings made via the brand website, Tata Neu app, IHCL central reservation office or hotel reservation office. Bookings made via any other mediums will not be eligible to earn NeuCoins.
All the Terms and Conditions of the NeuPass Loyalty program, as available on https://www.tajhotels.com/en-in/neupass/will apply.
In case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
Reservation may be modified as per the predefined policy only. In case of modification, rooms and rates are subject to change based on availability.
This promotional rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or negotiated rate including third-party / AMEX vouchers.

ICICI Bank Credit Card and Debit Card Cashback Offer Terms and Conditions:
The Cashback offer shall be applicable only for NeuCoins Reward League Offer on any pre-paid booking made between 20th– 26thMay 2024 and will be applicable for hotels in India.
The Cashback offer shall be applicable only to ICICI Bank credit and debit card cardholders (“Eligible Customers”). It shall not apply to (a) Amazon Pay credit cardholders; (b) business, commercial, and corporate cardholders for the NeuCoins Rewards League Offer (“Eligible offer”).
An Eligible Customer will have to book this offer and has to spend a minimum of INR 20,000 on Tata Neu App or via the website to qualify for the cashback, Cashback will be 10 percent up to INR 3,000 only.
An Eligible Customer will have to prepay directly on the website between 20th May 2024 to 26th May 2024 with an ICICI Credit or Debit Card to avail of Cashback, any payment made post-captioned date will not be eligible for the Cash Back.
Any Booking not pre-paid and if paid post 26th May 2024 will not be eligible for cashback.
An Eligible Customer can avail the cashback only for the first valid transaction/Booking (fulfilling all applicable conditions, including the Net Transaction Value) during the Offer Period. Any subsequent transactions or bookings shall not be eligible for cashback.
The cashback is applicable on a Single Room value, which cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Cashback is not applicable on other spends at the hotel and other bills cannot be clubbed to avail the cashback.
The Offer will be provided in the form of a cashback for an eligible room value and cashback will be posted to qualifying transactions within 90 days once the offer period ends, i.e., on or before August 26, 2024.
The cashback Offer will be valid only during the specified dates – 20 May 2024 till 26 May 2024, which is at the sole discretion of Tata Digital, ICICI Bank, and have the right to change or discontinue the Offer without prior notice during the Offer Period. (The decision of Tata Digital, and ICICI Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.)

FAQs

Q.1 What is “Net Transaction Value”?

A.NTV means the retail price of the products purchased by the Eligible Customers from the Brand less the Discount offered to the Eligible Customers at the website/app/store.

Q.2 Can I club any two or more offers?

A.No two or more offers can be clubbed together. In case an Eligible Customer is eligible for two or more offers, the customer will be entitled to receive the better offers as per customer’s discretion.

Q.3 When will I get the Cashback?

A.Cashback will be received on or before 26th Aug 2024 (Banks reserve the right to reverse the cashback in case of cancellation or refund of the transaction).

Q.4 What if I book multiple rooms at the same time?

A.Cashback is awarded for the room values only if it is in one transaction. 10% Cashback eligibility is on ICICI Bank Debit and Credit Card. The offer is only applicable on a minimum spend of INR 20,000 and above through ICICI Bank Debit or Credit card.

Q.5 What is the highest Cashback amount I will earn or receive?

A.Up to 10% amounting to INR 3,000 only for eligible customer card transactions of a minimum value of INR 20,000.

Q.6 Whom can I reach out to in case of Cashback is not received?

A.Guests can reach out to their issuing card bank if cashback is not posted in time.

Q.7 Will I earn Cashback if paid via by net banking?

A.The guest will have to prepay directly on the website via the “pay now “option or via the payment link between 20th May 2024 till 26th May 2024 with an ICICI Bank Credit Card or Debit Card Only to avail of Cashback. (“Pay at hotel” booking even if made with an ICICI credit card or debit card will not be eligible for cashback).

Q.8 If I book a hotel outside India, will I get the ICICI Bank card cashback?

A.The ICICI Bank Credit and Debit card cashback is only applicable for hotels in India and for reservations made against the NeuCoins Reward League Offer.
